This keeper has a good second team average but has played poorly at fc and test level. Currently in second season, not in my county team but I select him for England to get technique training. Any suggestions on what to do?

play him to his preferences, try up the order?

My highest innings total: 1208 with Hampshire, also included my highest score 424* by Jim Mandell. The previous highest score that I made was also held by Jim Mandell 408*. That knock boosted his average from 47.60 to 49.87.

Dropped first ball of the over, the next three balls he faces from that bowler in that over he dispatches them to the boundary. That's gotta hurt

I like playing with Midlesex. It is fun for a challenge because you start off with an absolute terrible side and the contracts at the end of the season are crucial..

I planned it from the start that I wanted to be dominant and challenging for all titles by year five of my contract.

In my first two seasons I failed to win a first class match with only 5 draws and won only 4 One Dayers. Things have improved since then and my depth is good in the batting department but not so with my bowling.

I am currently at year four and am in the final of the super cup, 2nd in Div 2 of county cricket, top of the table in Div 1 OD cricket and in the fourth round of the C&G trophey.

Started a game as Zimbabwe today, ttrouing England i must say im unhappy my players are being targetted while they are Batting, Lost Goodwin for 4 weeks in the first Warm up game, than in another warm up game i lost B Strang for 10 and than in the 2nd test i lost Marillier (ret hurt on 202) for 4 weeks.
