Because it's the changeover of seasons, you won't be able to promote a youth player until Tuesday or Wednesday. IMO you should be promoting a youth player every week though, you never know how lucky you might get.
Yeah, you're right. It's a good idea...Considering my 2nd XI is pretty poor promoting every week wouldn't make it any worse. I've been holding off cause I don't want to have to find a net for someone if they turn out to be good, but maybe they're not the best tactics.

And that's the end of the match. Tamil Eelam CC won by 10 wickets (In the 38th Over)
Jaffna Jets 174-10
Tamil Eelam CC 175-0

Tamil Eelam CC Jaffna Jets
Top Order: proficient strong
Middle Order: feeble mediocre
Lower Order: abysmal worthless
Seam Bowling: competent competent
Spin Bowling: competent useless
Fielding: abysmal woeful

Now thats what you call getting smashed. Never letting Thamba pick my side ever again. FFS the Eelam Shield record is only 4-3 my way now. As soon as we are both out of cup, I'm going to Jeithoon him so ****ing hard. :@

5-3 actually, 6-3 if you count that Twenty20 match. As great as it has been winning those last two games. Would be awsome to win a game that Jeithoon plays in.

End of Over 31: 115-2, runrate=3.71
Marriott 9-1-44-1
Kepler* 72 (90 balls)
Knight 4 (19 balls)

Last Wicket: Mclean lbw b. Marriott 29 (FOW: 93/2)

Kepler showing again that he's the only batsman in my ranks who can dominate Beard XI's bowling lineup, whilst others can only survive. Caldwell, who went for 0, will be listed as soon as he pops to superb batting. May be a while but since I've been training him past strong for a few weeks, I might as well keep it up.

Yep, that was a quality innings. Not often Oleary goes wicketless two matches in a row, either (in fact I can't even remember the last time that happened). Well played again - much closer than the ratings would've suggested.

Thanks mate! I'm becoming a bit of a one man team at the moment, need some of my other trainees to start putting in some strong performances. Oleary might not have fired for you over the last few days but Pead has been pretty impressive.

Hamlin 5 --> 9k
Bosnich 800 --> 3k

Wages up to $42,444 this season which isn't as bad as I was expecting, so I'm happy.

Just a consistency pop with training. How old are players supposed to be to make their stamina drop? I haven't had any drops this season, I was expecting at least two.

Owch was just checking the guy that promoted out of our OD league, he brought this gun player with a massive wage.

Just checking now I'm sure it's gone up totally ridiculous now.

Decent pop, also had a useless cons pop on Brinkhuys.

Wages could be close to 200, Wikus and Beaumont both above 30k, Sicelo about 20, Brinkhuys about 10.
