Whats a good level to stop training stamina at? For destructive bowlers at least?
Personally I don't think temperent should matters. What role a players plays and how good they are is what probably matters. For guys say superb and below, mediocre ok. Remarkable to Exceptional you might get away with repectable, depending on your other players. Probably best to get those guys up to superb though. Anything above you need superb. But yeah depends on the players level and their role in the team. Temperent shouldn't make much difference.

Pretty happy with that against the best team in the comp. Had them 183/5 which is a bit bogus, but hopefully we can get them out for under 320 and then make some runs tomorrow. Would love to take it to the third day regardless.
