So there's this team who are #5 in my OD league called Great Googly Moogly...I was looking at their squad just for a reason I can't remember, but they're generally nothing players as you'd expect in such a low league team but then...they randomly have a virtually 200k battrick rating West Indies national player. Is this just BT glitching or what? xD surely his 133k a week wage packet would sink the club?

That is what is generally known among BT circles as a farm team. Their existence is solely to sustain and invest huge amounts of nets on the NT player.

top 5 all made big runs, scorecard reads:

Gillespie 429
Jan 222
Hislop 145
Penford 238
Edwards 157*

with Wicketkeeper Gittens on 78* at #6. Hope he tons up to for a nice looking scorecard, and my dire #7 actually cracked 210 last FC game which he won't repeat but I can hope a little. 7 tons in a row would be awesome

I've got the entire top five in my FC leagues bowling averages  Only two of them are from my A team. I'm so proud of my boys.

Talbot falls early, but Kepler bats on with good support from Hennessy. Shame we couldn't do this in the first innings, but this is pretty awesome stuff from the boys. Looking forward to seeing the ratings at the end of the day.

End of Over 99 (5 runs). The Heath CC: 299-6, runrate=3.02 (1st Inn: 190-10)
Lead by 303 runs. (butterfingersXI 186-10)
Heckingbottom 29-6-81-4
Kepler* 162 (254 balls)
Hennessy 18 (38 balls)

Last Wicket: Talbot lbw b. Heckingbottom 25 (FOW: 247/6)

Thanks bugs! Had meant to set a declaration total of 350 but forgot, so am sort of hoping they bowl me out at some point to give me a chance to win the game. Will happily take the draw if not though.

Have an intriguing final day's play. Flying Wickets posted a formidable 439 in their first innings, Gaul 117, Gittings 110, Wilde 5/141, only to see us overhaul it in less than a day. Patel declared on 451/4, Noon 208, Staveley 123*, giving his bowlers eight overs at Flying wickets before the close on Day2. We were unable to get the breakthrough last night, but Wilde struck three times this morning. Sadly it's not all going our way, and with all the bowlers set to V.Att, runs are plentiful. Currently they're 110/3, leading by 98. I'd back us to chase at around about 3.5 an over - SO if, as looks likely, I get them all out for about 230ish with fifty or sixty overs left in the day, it could be a thrilling finish.

Watch this space, later, Trev

Hey mate you playing in the CW cup this season?
Nope, hadn't even thought about it... Is it too late to join?

Kepler's out for 174 and Lucas is gone for 0, so this should be over soon.

End of Over 110 (1 runs). The Heath CC: 322-8, runrate=2.93 (1st Inn: 190-10)
Lead by 326 runs. (butterfingersXI 186-10)
Oak 24-1-87-2
Hennessy* 26 (74 balls)
Woods 0 (0 balls)

Last Wicket: Lucas b. Oak 0 (FOW: 322/8)
