Yeh Cheers Adam, got the Mrs to do it in the end. I'm actually doing pretty well considering I'm only playing one bowler over Resp. Jersey are 46/0 after 16 - Though looks as though they've rested afew as well. The openers are a Rem and a Comp - Can't see me shifting too many of them in a hurry, but their Arthropodic RR is playing into the hands of my master-plan to earn a draw without a bowling attack.

Tempted to throw a Scaly here, as some mediocre bowler (BTR: 3,756) traps Janes (BTR: 47,759) leg before for just 14 runs. If I had a puppy right now, I would totally kick it.

Good start. His bowlers will rip me to pieces though.

Flintoffs Followers were bowled out for just 134, with Gareth Bardle, and young South African spinner Hamish Haishen doing the damage, taking 4 and 3 wickets respectively. It is only Haishen's 2nd FC match of the season - but he justified the manager's faith in him on a dusty pitch, and spun out the Followers' middle and lower order.

In reply, Jamees 999ers closed the day on 199/2, with Zesh Snodin grafting an unbeaten century in tricky batting conditions, however, he will need another batsmen to go on with him, in the quest for maximum batting points, and a truly commanding first innings lead. Spectators may be treated to some hitting from Dwight Kealey later in the day, as the all-rounder is set to bat at number seven.

Hamish Haishen unsuccesfully appealing for the wicket of Jack Orr, but the leftie would bowl Orr later in the day

The Heath CC: 588/5 (110) Caldwell 278 (278), Sutton 76* (130), Kemp 67 (84), Mclean 66 (72), Talbot 50* (58)

Fun stuff from Caldwell - nice to see a couple of the oldtimers (Sutton and Talbot) scoring some runs and putting on a decent unbroken stand.

NorCricket United 190 all out (52)
Rutherford 56, Brammar 36*, Dewing 30; Tuck 7/54

Dynamo Morpork 83 all out (34)
James 38; Brammar 6/17, Janes 3/14

NorCricket United 46 for three (24)
Cort 2/23

NorCricket United lead by 153 runs with 7 wickets in hand

Suppose this is what happens when you play a team with two NT bowlers on a dusty wicket. Happy to take 13 wickets in a day though.
