i have just giving him a bowling net, batting net and stamina net. is that the way to go guys ?

i just picked my team for my friendly tomorrow and i have to rest 3 of my key bowlers which leaves me with only 4 other bowlers including my new player lol, so my 5th bowler is about to get pumped i do believe.

His pretty crap tbh, it will take a lot of nets to get him anywhere. But if you train him as keeper batsmen he might be decent, as he will need the nets anyway. I would go 1 fitness, 2 batting, 1 keeping. His bowling will always be average, whereas his got some potential with the bat, if you get his conc and stamina up.
