Damnit! Not again! Gray has gone 14 weeks with 1 batting net with no pop. I knew it could be up to 15 weeks, but I thought sublevels would be on my side. Ah well, next week. Got some form drops from resting some players unfortunately...

Roger Mcmillan - 19 yo, BT Rating=32,337
LH Batsman, LH Spin Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, energetic
A destructive player with respectable leadership skills and woeful experience.
Stamina: proficient Wicket Keeping: woeful

Bowling: strong Consistency: proficient
Fielding: respectable

Happy with that. Not sure whether I'm due any pops next week apart from Gray, but a few within the next month I should think.

Just noticed that Clayton popped three times in concentration from the start of last season to now. I took him off fielding nets half way through last season season. So if you have a player on one batting, fielding and bowling nets then they should pop about 4 times in one season. I might look at putting my rookie bowler on 2 bowling nets, 1 fielding, 1 keeping and 1 fitness and see if i can get his consistency up.

What do you guys think, is it worth it?

I wouldn't bother with the keeping net, to be honest. You'll just be overloading him with nets, and training him in a primary that is of no use. The net would be better off going to someone else.

oh also.. should i put my new rookies into the game frame already? or should i save them up and keep training them up ?
Depends if you can win games without them. If you can't then throw them in.

With your team as it is, I'd suggest playing them unless they have really bad stamina and can't handle the training and the games. Though with FC games now going, I'd suggest possibly rotating the ones being heavily trained as they'll be playing much more cricket.

In other news, anyone know batting and keeping training times on a 21yr old on one bat & 1 keep net? I'm pondering whether to use my two available nets to bump up my keeper, but I'm not sure on how long it would take.

EDIT: Also, what's the wage range for a superb primary skill with no real huge other skills?
