now that pretty much everyone is out of the cup, anyone interested in a friendly cup? say 8 teams or sixteen teams in groups of 4 then knockout, there's at least 7 weeks left so we have time? if there's interest ill set up a sign up thread

Dont you hate it when u wait a while for a player then about 10 people start bidding over him. (looks at adamc)

Lol - I just went on the transfer market and saw:

Age: 19
Batting: respectable
Current bid: 22k
Deadline: 3 minutes

and thought WTF!, bargain. But obviously a few other people thought the same thing. I didn't actually want him, but if he was going for that price I wasn't going to pass it up. He just sold for 78k, which is still a bit of a bargain IMO, but I don't really have any use for him so I didn't bid any higher.

Little Swanport CC v Kipper XI @ Little Swanport CG

LS CC: 5-249 (50)

McKaliskey 98*
Carrington 47*
Davies 1-17 (10)

Kipper XI: 1-250 (42.1)

Brydon 128*
Waterhouse 106
Carrington 1-37 (9)

Result: Kipper XI win by 9 wickets

MOTM: Brydon (128* & 2/45)

An absolute caning there, taking it easily in the end, good to see the form of Brydon continuing, i think that's his 4th MOTM, and my record finally looks passable at 5-3, including 4 out of the past 5.

Won our match pretty easily, but our inability to bowl teams out is a bit of a worry.

Hyden CC 8/247
Cave 3/45, Heard 2/37, Ohara 2/59

Their number 9 hit 58* off 44...

Magical Ponies (TIE) 3/249 (42.5 overs)
Kenna 107* (126), Sutton 44 (29), Williamson 38 (45)

MOTM is Kenna.

Quite satisfied with my ratings of Feeble for everything except lower order.

Edit: Thanks Got Spin

Bowled out Jammy Dodgers for 92, 3 run outs I think (hard to tell with the commentary messed up at present). Should hopefully cruise past that inside 20 overs.
