JJ, how many nets are you giving ****? Should be pretty much loading him up on them IMO.
3 batting at the moment. How far do you think I should take him? I know the U19 manager is interested in him, but I'm also concious that some of my weaker batsmen need improving for FC cricket - I can't rely on one batsman as much as I'm doing at the moment.

Will write in more detail later, but V.quickly, Adam? Are you still up and about to grab me another YP please? If so I'd like a 17yo with 11 Batting, 11 bowling, 4 Stam, 2 Fielding, 3 Conc, 4 Cons.

Also, anyone still up for a friendly? Rob, Brynovo, Dave? If so I'll challenge you as soon as I hear from Adam about the YP, as it might look a bit sus if I'm logged on simultaneously on two computers on opposite sides of the world.

Beat PY by four wickets in a thrilling match this Sunday, chasing down 223 to win.

Yeah I'm still up. Will do, hopefully will get a better YP this time. The GMs said it was fine last time so I assume I'll be allowed to do it again. I've sent 3 or 4 messages to Allan about changing the ITS page but he hasn't replied unfortunately.

Here he is. He's not totally useless but not great either, my touch with YPs not improving much it seems. :(

Tar for that Adam! As you say, not totally useless, but not as good as I'd have hoped for. On the plus side, my next best bowler after my starting XI is Comp/Med, and this guy already equals that, and is also a Med/Feeb bat - So there's clearly an argument for keeping him. However I don't think he's good enough to justify taking nets away from any of my current side, so is there any point in keeping a 17yo if you're not going to train him? Plus I reckon I could get close to £100k for him if I was lucky, which would help bridge the short-fall in income over the coming weeks, and would contribute possibly to a ground expansion, once I know whether I'm going to be in a league conducive to good supporter confidence.

Yes, I shall list him for £100K, see if I get any bites, if not, I'll reconsider whether it makes financial sense to sell him for any less.

Depends where the extra wage lies really. They could be a mid-competent bowler, or a very high mediocre bat, or a bit of both. Would be fairly reasonable for a few newish teams on here.

hmmm, a tense night lies ahead. i still lead the bidding on tel lee, and look set to secure him. however, i'm sure that there are others just sitting there waiting ever so patiently to strike at the last minute. i will go up to about 3.7 if necessary. i hope that it doesn't come to that, but knowing my luck, it proably will anyway. it would help if we get paid bonuses between now and 10pm, just let me add

FIrst thing i want to ask is: We are at the endof week 16 in what week are the first games (cup i presume)?

Secondly: what day will 20/20 be played on?

Thirdly: anyone know when im getting my prize money? (anyone else still waiting?)

Any knowledge or educated guesses on these topics will be greatly accepted...as well as $NZ500000000000

well, I landed Lee, the West Indian NT spinner, for £3.4 million, the highest transfer made to date in NZ, and the 12th highest in BT history. i'm feeling rather relieved at this news tbh. now my side is starting to take very good shape for next season.

What's his stats, then Nibbs? There's been quite a big hurrah over this guy. So how good do you have to be to have a 3.4 million price tag?
