Hadn't really occured to me it was that good, but I guess I do try and look for secondaries when buying players nowadays.

Also Verde's Quality in both gives it a bit of a boost!

Anyway, bought that proficient guy that i posted on the previous page. Bought him for a little over 500k, fairly expensive and probably more than what i wanted to pay but should help with my batting

Batting improve quite a bit, as have secondaries and stamina. Bowling hasn't improved much, but i'm looking at buying in some bowlers now and train a couple next season, so hopefully that will help it. Fielding stayed the same, but i haven't been look much at fielding at all. Overall im quite happy with the improvements epecially secondaries and stamina.

Made a reasonable start, sent them in on a hard and fast pitch:

Dewing is an Aus U19 batsman so pretty happy to get him out cheaply. New batsman Carey is superb but has only batted twice in his career, interesting to see how he does. If I can keep them under 300 I should have a good shot, depends largely on my top order as my batsmen after that suck.

Hmm, I'd added them to my shortcuts but was only going to get them if they were going cheap, I've prof-superb, strong-strong, strong-superb, prof-sensational bats already so don't see the point in buying anyone worse or similar unless they're a bargain. Unfortunately there's a bit of a dearth of superb+ bats going at reasonable prices at the moment

I bought him just to bolster my middle order. I won't really need him if the other team can bowl out a wonderful, superb and next season, a quality though. But. Prices are huge anyway, and superbs would be going for well over one million.

Yay, won the cup. Got decent ratings too, turns out NorCricket GFI'd their league game on Friday (which effectively gave them the league title) so I had an advantage leading into this match.
