Ratings are firstly based on the players, and then are reduced/increased by morale and team fitness...

Haha scathing Rob. I think what he meant was that the actual in-game performance of the players doesn't affect the ratings, e.g. you can still get a woeful top order even if your openers score centuries. I think he might have misinterpreted Marc's sarcastic post as well but I'm not sure, meh.
