Yeah I had a look at their players, presumably the same thing is going to happen everywhere else. Looks like it's going to be one of those 'we've fixed the problem so it won't happen again, but we can't reverse today's training' situations - which is pretty pointless. Just really annoys me that a lot of players have basically skipped ahead a whole season of training or more because of the last two bugs.
Yea, those bugs completely stuff up the balance of the game. Those uber trained players are going to permanently one or two levels ahead of everyone else, which given how it's virtually impossible for the better ratings to lose in the game will have quite an effect over 15 seasons or more.

It's also really about time they started putting something in place to reverse these constant ****ups.

In case anyone didn't notice already, this latest one seems like an Australia only bug (and it still didn't effect everyone in Aus). I got two pops - Dillon in bowling and Shields who I just started training because he's respectable stamina but respectable-abysmal bat and slows up ridiculously in games popped in concentration

Well since Australia has their updates first they always get hit by the bugs first, maybe they are doing something about..But i can't see how they can reverse the training changes

btw, a wage of 3200 is superb right?, and mediocre only goes up to 600? or was it 500?
3200 is about right, but that's with no secondaries. At the moment I've only got a very vague idea of how much secondaries add. From what I've seen it's something like: proficient~250, quality~1,000, phenomenal~16,000. You can work out everything inbetween. :p

Keep a back-up of each player before the training update over the weekend. Just go back to the back-up when something obviously wrong happens like today.

Bleh got two useless pops, consistency for Cuss and concentration for Louis, woohoo.

Interesting to see the projected wages get updated - based on that data I should be getting at least three primary pops in the next three weeks, possibly four. Cuss won't pop until a few weeks into next season though.

Yea, I meant to note all of those projected wages before they updated. Although I mentioned Armstrong & Dillon earlier in this thread:

Armstrong 5465 --> 5597 (1 batting, 1 fitness)
Dillon 3398 --> 3453 (1 bowling, 1 fitness)

So Armstrong went up 132, his batting is lowish respectable (650-1100, range of 450), so I'd expect 450/12.5 = 36. So 96 of the increase is from concentration and stamina. Reckon stamina could be no more than 10, so around 86 on a small increase to concentration (he's at exceptional or 14). I reckon it'd take a minimum of 8 weeks for a concentration pop (he's 18yo), so the difference between exceptional and sensational would be a minimum of 650. Doesn't mean much at the moment, but as people learn more it'll come together to form something useful.

Same process with Dillon, his went up 58, I reckon a minimum of 15 that went towards consistency. Dillon is only superb consistency - so big difference compared to Armstrong anyway (Armstrong is also 18yo).

For future reference here are the guys that I'm training and their projected wages this week:

Armstrong 5597 (4633 - med, comp, prof, exceptional)
Dillon 3453 (1753 - med, comp, superb, superb)
Shields 1105 (112 - aby, woe, fee, resp)
Pace 2679 (400 - woe, med, med, med)
Cahalane 1413 (180 - woe, med, med, resp)
Hewlett 741 (50 - wor, aby, woe, med)

Numbers in brackets are the estimated contribution from non-primaries, I presume stamina and fielding count towards wages to the same extent as consistency and concentration. Think Pace may have benefitted a bit in the background from the training bug a few weeks ago. He's a strong + 5 weeks of training so should be getting around 2250 for that, perhaps got an extra couple of weeks or so.

I'll have a quick look on the transfer market for near all worthlesses and see what their projected wages are, should still be able to work out how high up a level players are next season without too much difficulty. Looks like woeful or worse still contributes (virtually) nothing as it does with primaries.

Well I've good a pretty good idea of how much the secondaries contribute to the wages, have all the levels up to and including proficient nailed down to a fairly accurate range. Just educated guesswork beyond that at the moment given the relative paucity of high secondaries on the market. I'm not revealing too much tho, I do want to actually buy some bargains on the market at some point.
