Trev, I have my destructive med/strong spinner on at 5 and he's the 2nd top wicket taker in my league because he picks up the flagging better players and the turd middle order players that most people seem to have! It's great.

Not sure about having your Strongs at 3 & 4 but we'll see if the tactic pays off, depends if openers slog and get out or slog and slooooowwwww down until they hit the wall so your Strongs don't get a bat.

Thats what I was thinking as well, Rob, Ive got a good player for you, tharmi, his primaries are crap, but his secondaries are comp/resp. He's 17 years old though. Interested?

What type of player is he?

In respect to the guy i brought, i know his not that great, but im still building my side and he fits in ok with the building process. I probably got enough money to spend on a pretty good player, but i rather build a balance side for the moment and bring the guns in later.

The drop in fielding is somewhat alarming, though it's largely due to having sold two of my better fielders this season (resp and comp). Basically 6 out of my first XI can't field at all. The lack of improvement in batting is a bit worrying as well, but I'll likely be buying another batsman fairly soon.

Secondaries and stamina aren't great, but all my main players are now at what I consider to be an adequate level (mediocre stamina and competent relevant secondary) so I'm not too worried. Happy with the bowling improvement though, and expecting three further pops around the end of the season.

Bit of improvement but still way behind. Fielding is preety funny with no one above mediocre. Stamina crap as well
