Just bumping this to this page, as I'm still a bit unclear, and it'd help with my net allocation for this week.

Today's training was the last week of the 'old' system (according to the announcement on the news page anyway), so next week's training will be the first week of the new one (so players you set for training now will be trained under the new system next monday).

Okay cool, thanks guys :)

I figure then I'll just leave Canning on his 6 or 7 nets until his stamina gets to competent, then I'll cut them down a bit. Looking at my team, I've got about 5 19 year olds who's primaries really should be one level higher (at least respectable)... I guess this is what's bad about having a young team.

Only two pops, Armstrong (18yo) didn't pop in stamina as I'd expected after 4 weeks fitness training (he popped after 3 weeks earlier at the same age). Armstrong did pop in wicket-keeping tho. This was the other pop:

Kieran Hewlett (461253)
LH Batsman, LM Bowler, strong batting form, competent bowling form, invigorated
A cautious player with abysmal leadership skills and abysmal experience.

Plays For: Scaly Piscine CC
Nationality: England
Age: 17 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 3,513
Wages: £522 p/w

Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: woeful Concentration: worthless
Bowling: competent Consistency: abysmal
Fielding: mediocre

Should pop in bowling in 5-6 weeks. Hopefully the secondaries won't take forever to increase with the training changes - I could live with 8 weeks or thereabouts.
