Lost my match by 2 wickets. Scored 260 (Webster 70, Abdul Kadir 63) but they got there in the end, 261-8 (Atkins 4-42)

That's now 3 losses on the trot but at least i should get of the mark in the league next week playing the bottom side. Challinor scored 13 on his debut, Stack and Macauley were poor with the ball.

Hopefully Atkins will pop in bowling this week, atm he is my worst primary bowler (mediocre/strong/mediocre) but i'm expecting a pop soon.

Played normal for this match. Good result. As expected though. Just need to up the runrate a bit in some of the games to gain automatic promotion.

My match against the Yeomen started well with Carmody reducing them to 26/2. They recovered with Carmody taking a bit of a pummeling from Hunt and Blackstock. Mansell though got the wicket of Hunt a couple of overs ago and they're 84 - 3 from 15 overs, with Mansell and Lodge bowling.

Gate receipts pulled in 28,677 so I'm pretty happy about that. Most likely boosted by the 500 new covered seats. The last game only got around 16,000 so it's a good return.

I would, it probably isn't worth it.

I doubt there's many teams on here that'd put up a fight against that!

Unless they GFI'd it and will TIE against you.

Pity he's 19, cause he could be an awesome allrounder if he was 17. Still, if you trained him this season and next season, I guess he could get up to respectable/respectable with good stamina.

They might well have GFI'd that game, hard to tell tho for sure. Whatever they do against you they'll annihilate you anyway, so take the fitness boost.

Damnit. When I had them 199/9 I'd be happy to wrap up the innings for around 205 - 210, but they've made 233. Hopefully my batting will come through.

Edit: Oh God:

Code:
0.5 1	Hirst to Ashton
Crashed back down the pitch towards the stumps at the non-striker's end. Cheeky single taken as the ball bounces awkwardly and scurries to long on.
0.4 1	Hirst to Flahaven
Leans back and cuts to point.
0.3 W	Hirst to Lewington
Out? A terrible decision by the umpire. Almost as bad as last night's curry.
0.2 1	Hirst to Ashton
Gently played out into the covers.
0.1 .	Hirst to Ashton
On the back foot, played around to the on.

I'm gonna do my YP today.

I'm thinking MAYBE 2 stamina, 11 bat, 11 bowl, 3 conc, 3 cons? Like with net sessions, maybe the 12th ITS will add very little, whereas I could get a bit of a jump with stamina training.

Hah, come back from the Nets to find i've had a comfortable victory. Chased down 234 with 7 wickets to spare. Top score was Ashton, with his 3rd fifty in 4 games and Flahaven hitting a career best 81.
