Easy win for me, bowled them out for 67 inside 31 overs. Norris taking 5-12, won by seven wickets.

Having taken 1-309 this year up until last week, Norris has taken 12-28 in the last two games.

What do people think about the prize monies being given out? I think they're poor, for finishing top of the top division in your country gets you the same as a home game does for me at the moment.

There's no motivation to stay in higher divisions in terms of money IMO. For finishing third in a II league in England will earn you a tasty 75k....

You reckon it should be brought up in the next quiz just to get away from the calypsos?

The interest I'm getting is giving me a nice weekly profit now of 18k, before any attendances YP sales etc. I can safely spend 300k without it eating into my interest and I'm still looking around for a batsman, trainable age or not to replace Nile who's starting to look out of his depth now. If I end up getting promoted I think I'll be good enough to hang around in most of the divisions without any purchases, although I might go and buy someone if needed to stay up.

I got 39k profit this week without attendence money. Im think about increasing the number of Sports Psychologists, currently i have 5. I remember Andy saying that he had 10 and it really improved the speed that his trainees popped in secondaries. Should i increase the my Sports Psychologists, or keep it the same. How many do the rest of you guys have?

I have 6, I remember having 3 for a while and hardly noticed much of a difference when I got an extra 3 (that was under the old secondary training times). I have lots of secondary training times recorded if anyone wants to compare.

Not much, but I'm pretty happy with it - his cons is about 3 weeks behind, so in maybe a month or so, he'll be superb/strong bat and bowl with superb stamina. Solid. The next 2 weeks should see a fair few pops - Bhutia -> strong batting, Gray -> superb stamina and wonderful conc.

For sure. He's only 20, and he doesn't need any work on stamina or secondaries. By the end of next season, I think he'd be around Exceptional/Masterful, so train away my friend. I'm training Gray for another season, to get him to wonderful bat, remarkable wk, and my reasoning is that if I stop training him at say, Quality, then sooner or later I'll get my hands on a better batsman or a better keeper, and he'll be overtaken by other players (opposition players) not too far down the track, so I'd have dedicated all this training to him but stopped when it matters most. Whereas with wonderful bat/remarkable wk, I think he'll still be a gun player in my side for many, many seasons. So kids, the moral of the story is if you're training for the future, then train your players high. Train them high.
