Eyes not spreadsheets
Not sure I'll sell him to be honest - quite a drop in skill to using my new bloke, and he's potentially still trainable.

End of Over 26: 100-3, runrate=3.85
Boyce 3-1-8-1
Nieuwenhuis* 41 (83 balls)
Taylor 0 (4 balls)

Niewenhuis putting in a solid effort after being given the taks to open. Hoping that Captain Taylor can help him up the run rate a little. So often have i been bogged down in the middle overs, all the same, on a green pitch, i'm happy with the effort so far, only losing 3 wickets is a nice suprise tbh.

6 York to Wainwright
That's a top edge and it's gone for six! York can't believe it!

6 Honey to Wainwright
WOW! Charges down the wicket and smacks the ball so hard that it nearly takes the umpire's head off and travels straight to the fence without bouncing! SIX!

4 Honey to Wainwright
Unorthodox shot to the bouncer, he's waited for it and intentionally lifted it over Cleaver for four. You don't set fields to that shot.
And that's a century for Wainwright! Well played indeed Sir!

End of Over 45: 329-2, runrate=7.31
Tiisetso 8-0-55-0
Charlton* 83 (54 balls)
Mani 38 (30 balls)

We're bowling first. if we batted first, we'd be defending 14. Thought I'd give my bowlers a good work out. Not going well.

Mister Wright

After having El Alambique Veloz 5 for 20 odd and then 6/90. Wright's Warriors have just taken their 7th wicket at 7/239. :(

FFS I HATE COLLAPSES!!!!!!!!!!!:@

From 3-133, to all out for 170. 7-46, and if it weren't for taylor smacing 26 from two consecutive overs it would've been worse. Bah this cheeses me off, its the umpteenth time this season i've had a solid start, to collapse at the end thus rendering all the hard work done by my top 4 batsmen useless!!! :@:@:@:@:@

Top Stuff Chaulk!!!

Simmered down about, Walton has taken a wicket in the 2nd over, hopefully my bowlers can be the ones who stand up this match, still a little hope for a win. Savage has just taken another as i type, Ringwood Rams are 2-15 after 3. The 2nd wicket was followed up by a 6 & 4 :(

Playing the second top team today and resting Martyn, my best bowler.

They made 281, but the reply is going pretty well so far. 0/100 after 16.

You might jump me on the ladder if you win and I lose.

I'm 2/91 after 17 overs chasing 265.

BARNES OUT
My boys got spanked for 282 when they shouldn't have but the chase looks good so far.

Code:
End of Over 21: 114-1, runrate=5.43, reqrunrate=5.83 (282-7)
Jalil 1-0-7-0
Jephcott* 30 (33 balls)
Herd 53 (59 balls)
Could all collapse in a heap, of course.

First post in this thread for ages.

Won by 7 wickets today. Good bowling effort by all and Mccammon scored 120 off 78. Saunders was out for 0 as i forgot he is terrible at opening

Oh dear. Perhaps I shouldn't have TIEed against this team that I was expecting a rather big loss against.

End of Over 31: 123-5, runrate=3.97, reqrunrate=4.00 (198-10)
Holdsworth 9-0-39-1
Canning* 37 (42 balls)
Thatcher 6 (24 balls)
Last Wicket: Kilkenny lbw b. Duce 30 (FOW: 93/5)

Only Parr (feeble/strong) to come. Looks like a loss :(

Edit: Thatcher out, looking unlikely now, unless Canning can play another match saving innings as he did in my upset win over the leaders a few rounds back.

End of Over 34: 139-6, runrate=4.09, reqrunrate=3.75 (198-10)
White 7-0-25-2
Parr* 3 (1 balls)
Canning 49 (56 balls)
Last Wicket: Thatcher b. White 7 (FOW: 136/6)
