worked it now, but it appears to be wrong

Total Purchases 91,435 Average (bought) 2,950
Total Sales 119,668 Average (sold) 3,234
Difference 28,233 Average (bought+sold) 415
Number bought 31
Number sold 37
Definitely wrong - only last week I sold 2 players for about 3 times my supposed total sales!

Can I ask a Question why do you always bring up severly old topics that were settled 2 to 3 days ago?
Can I ask why you insist on talking about things as all but gospel when to be honest there's a heck of a lot of others on here know a heck of a lot more about the topics than you do?

REALLY wanted this guy, had him shortlisted since he went in list and now he's at 612k with 2 hours left:

Craig Sandile (964414)
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, respectable batting form, respectable bowling form, sublime
A destructive player with mediocre leadership skills and worthless experience.

Plays For: Point Cook All Stars
Nationality: Australia
Age: 17 Years Old
Battrick Rating: 5,548
Wages: £1,112 p/w
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: respectable Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: feeble Consistency: worthless
Fielding: worthless

What do people think? I'm thinking it's getting the ripoff stakes.

Well he's very nearly proficient so 612k is pretty reasonable going by the market's recent standards.

Although having said that stuff is going cheaper as I've mentioned very recently, there was also a superb-feeble 20yo bat with woeful stamina who went for 1.08m which I thought was fairly cheap as well.

He's now at 675k.

Guess I'm just a little apprehensive spending that much on a currently resp bat. :)

I'm posting on a thread called "Collapses - hate to have another moan but..." in the England sledging board and mentioning the collapses in Adam's game. We need as many people complaining about these collapses as possible if we want anything to happen about them. No good just complaining on here.
Replied and posted some stats. Makes for quite interesting reading.

Wickets fallen in first 40 overs, batting first: 38
Wickets fallen in last 10 overs, batting first: 55

Average partnership in first 40 overs, bat first: 45.07
Average partnership in last 10 overs, bat first: 9.81

Edit: that was for close matches in WI Premier. Adding the close ones in England premier, the numbers are:

Wickets fallen in first 40 overs, batting first: 55
Wickets fallen in last 10 overs, batting first: 98

Average partnership in first 40 overs, bat first: 56.70
Average partnership in last 10 overs, bat first: 9.65

I saw a 17yo resp bat with feeble stamina and concentration go for 76.5k a few days ago. His wage was a bit over 1,000. Was tempted to buy him myself but for the complete lack of training space...

Alrighty, I've decided to do this:

Code:
[size=2][b]13/12/05[/b]
Batting: 48
Bowling: 30
Fielding: 34
Secondaries: 87
Stamina: 44
Overall: 243

[b]28/01/06[/b]
Batting: 50 (+2)
Bowling: 33 (+3)
Fielding: 41 (+7)
Secondaries: 76 (-11)
Stamina: 49 (+5)
Overall: 249 (+6)

[b]30/03/06[/b]
Batting: 55 (+5)
Bowling: 35 (+2)
Fielding: 39 (-2)
Secondaries: 90 (+14)
Stamina: 50 (+1)
Overall: 269 (+20)

[b]03/07/06[/b]
Batting: 61 (+6)
Bowling: 39 (+4)
Fielding: 38 (-1)
Secondaries: 102 (+12)
Stamina: 55 (+5)
Overall: 295 (+26)[/size]
Now-
23/10/06
Batting: 66 (+5)
Bowling: 41 (+2)
Fielding: 43 (+5)
Secondaries: 113 (+11)
Stamina: 63 (+8)
Overall: 323 (+28)

Now with a slightly more favourable twist -

Stamina: 63 (Avg: 5.7)

Bat (Top 7): 60 (Avg: 8.6)
Conc (Top 7): 47 (Avg: 6.7)

Bowl (Main 5): 41 (Avg: 8.2)
Cons (Main 5): 32 (Avg: 6.4)

Fielding: 43 (Avg: 3.9)

Fielding includes your w/ks fielding and wk rating. Stamina & fielding count your whole XI, the others are self-explanatory. Solid indeed IMO. Batting would be even better if I just did top 5.
