I am genuinely interested, can you tell me why he just played 6 matches? Did very well in a tough English tour and averages just 25. Was it an injury problem?

He was Bhuvi before Bhuvi. Was typecast to only bowl in swinging conditions and hence did not get picked at other places.

Such a shame then. Atleast for Bhuvi we soon had Shami, Umesh and Ishant like pacers, and he himself suffered with some injuries later on. Praveen not playing more when most averaged close to 40 is a tragedy then.
