The ****? How you gonna write every name correctly and then turn Herbert Sutcliffe into a city in convict island?
Because I usually remember their names in simplified version (if the name is complicated).
Like
Miandad as maniadd (thankfully i checked the spelling before writing here )
Jayawardene as jayavaradhan , Labuschagne as lebusgane
etc.

But lets do a complimentary list for the bowlers (post WWI only)

1. Aus - Scott Boland - 17.66*
2. Eng - Frank Tyson - 18.56
3. Ind - Axar Patel - 19.34*
4. NZ - Kyle Jamieson - 19.73*
5. WI - Malcolm Marshall - 20.94
6. SA - Neil Adcock - 21.10
7. SL - Muttiah Muralitharan - 22.72
8. Pak - Imran Khan - 22.81
9. Zim - Heath Streak - 28.14
10. Ban - Nayeem Hasan - 29.38*

Neither Afghanistan or Ireland has had a bowler meet the 2000 ball requirement. The only two who are close are

Rashid Khan 1864 balls 20.44*
Andy McBrine 1839 balls 41.76*

Only one other player has passed 1000 balls (1184)

Following up on this, if Rashid continued at his current economy but didn’t take another wicket before reaching 2k balls, his average would be 21.93, still ahead of Murali and Imran.

Also Nayeem Hasan is the only Bangladeshi bowler to average under 30. Shakib is actually in second. He also has the third highest batting average behind Tamim and Mushfiqur.

Mushy 37.7798
Shakib 37.7786

No player has ever been more valuable to their country.

Zimbabwe has 4 batsmen who average 40+ and 2 bowlers who average under 30.

I assume this is after a specific number of innings. Because George Headley averages the most for a West Indian after at least 40 innings.
