Geez, how about Burton and Johncock? Burton kicks 7 straight with Ricciuto having an off day and Hentschel injured, and Johncock plays the whole game on Williams, keeps him goalless and has a lazy 27 touches and a goal himself. McLeod had a huge second half too, and Goodwin was awesome with 38 possessions. Those four made up for a whole lot of passengers today, in a pretty poor effort by team standards.

The key moment in the game was late in the third term though, when Craig moved Ricciuto and McLeod into the midfield and put Goodwin forward. Hawthorn hit the front, then Goodwin kicked one and set another up as Adelaide got 4 goals in 5 minutes to finish the quarter, and effectively killed the game.
