Another win for the Crows when they didn't really play all that brilliantly. Was a good start, but then dropped off badly and Freo had plenty of chances to win it.

Johncock has to be close to the best small defender in the AFL right now. He's played a couple of great games this season, and tonight was the best, with 25+ touches from the back pocket, at least 10 rebounds out of defence and a good defensive job on Farmer (even though he kicked 4). McGregor had the best of Pavlich, Rutten was excellent and Hart had a big last quarter. Really, it was just the Crows defensive effort that won the game. The run in the midfield was about even, and the likes of Goodwin were pretty quiet. Massie had another good game though, and seems like he might finally be developing into a decent player.

Grover was awesome on Ricciuto, and Shammer and Bell had good games too.

Haha that's pretty cool.

Speaking of big Craig Bolton, he would have been a nice buy in Dream Team this year.

Couple of thoughts on todays game...
Adam Hunter is awesome, love him. Corey Jones has the most punchable face in the AFL and Scotty Cummings is the best boundary rider ever.

Oh its gotta be up there! I tipped Richmond last year, but we were 6-2 then coming up against Brisbane and had Nathan Brown, not 0-3 without the great man. Fantastic win :cool:

And IMO Adam Hunter is officially the most underrated player in the AFL IMO. What a star. Makes contested pack marks look simple.

Wells was pathetic, I should have learnt from last year that he's too hot and cold to have in Dream Team. Looks like for the 2nd year running I'll be trading him off.

The Kangaroos last quarter was pretty weak. Shinboner spirit is long gone as far as I'm concerned. Carey should just get out of the commentary box and put the guernsey on again, because they need him.

Also Sydney suck.

Shinboner spirit is nothing when you have a crap team, getting within 10 goals of a top 4 team is a good effort for the roos.



Sucked in to Sydney for playing the worst brand of football in the history of the world.
