If I was an 18/19 yo recent draftee it probably wouldn't bother me so much, though I don't think there would be this much uproar if it were.

IIRC from my time working at SOP isn't there some leeway in the law such that 3 years difference is ok if you are over 12? i.e 12yo with 15yo is ok, 13yo with 16yo etc. But then i guess everything goes over 16.

Unless the law has changed recently, between 10-15 it is a 2 year-old leeway. So a 10 year old can have *** with a 12 year old, an 11 year old can have *** with a 13 year old etc.

But yes, anything goes over 16 years old.
