He won't take a wicket in a hundred overs bowling that short of a length shite, but at least he'll give someone else a rest.Saini is fielding.. back on the field. Hope he is able to bowl normally.

He forgot which over he's supposed to do it in.I'm beginning to notice that Natarajan is much more likely to bowl a noey first ball of the over. Wonder why that is.
need more alphas like Pujara and RahaneThis is the problem with Australia picking nothing but betas. They don't know how to take charge and control the match.
We will take it tbh ?He won't take a wicket in a hundred overs bowling that short of a length ****e, but at least he'll give someone else a rest.
Correct. A white man hasn’t won the Olympic 100 in 40 years, and basically all the guys who excel in it are west African in originWhat was the argument?
It shouldn't be controversial or considered racist) to note that people of West African origin are self-evidently way better than everyone else at some specific things.
But what did Hodge say?
You do realize that the last ball he bowled should have been a wicket right? He won't take a wicket in a hundred overs bowling that short of a length ****e, but at least he'll give someone else a rest.
he nearly had Saini with a pretty decent ball tbf. Hasn't been that bad today. Has the right pace and attributes for this surface and hasn't bowled a lot of bad balls. He won't take a wicket in a hundred overs bowling that short of a length ****e, but at least he'll give someone else a rest.
Well yeah but that's kind of the art of Test batting, making sure you do actually take advantage of bad balls when they come. Otherwise the whole "disciplined batting, wait for them to come to you" doesn't really work.it's usually the case that when a bowling attack is disciplined their bad balls tend to not go for as many runs, because the batters are not in the right frame of mind to put them away.
But yea despite that Aus have lacked any real gameplan on getting the scorecard ticking. At least for India each player seems to have worked out a way to survive and score runs that suits them.
Was he making the rather than skillful and intelligent point?people know that "black sportsmen are Powerful and Athletic rather than Skillful and Intelligent" has been a trope in professional sports since black people started playing (western) professional sports and has been pretty thoroughly debunked, right
BC Lara the best big brain batsman I have seen.people know that "black sportsmen are Powerful and Athletic rather than Skillful and Intelligent" has been a trope in professional sports since black people started playing (western) professional sports and has been pretty thoroughly debunked, right
It was more just that he kept bringing it up at weird moments. What was the argument?

If it was...
Co-comm: Hey Brad why you do think so many West Indians are fast bowlers and big hitters?
Hodge: Hmm I think possibly genetic factors are at play.
... then sure, but it was more like:
West Indian cricketer: *does a thing*
Hodge: omg those genetics ???
It was seriously cringe, and it went on for like three games before someone presumably told him to can in.
Fair jump to get where you are. Who said they aren’t “skilful and intelligent”?people know that "black sportsmen are Powerful and Athletic rather than Skillful and Intelligent" has been a trope in professional sports since black people started playing (western) professional sports and has been pretty thoroughly debunked, right
by implication, imo. he was saying that T20 suited them more because of genetics, and it doesn't take incredible knowledge of the game to realise what skills are favoured in T20s over tests. Was he making the rather than skillful and intelligent point?
there was a bill burr bit where **** like this in the usa led to immediate firing lmaoIt was more just that he kept bringing it up at weird moments.
