4th Test at the Gabba, Brisbane, 15 - 19 Jan 2021

But jesus, how many ladders has India fallen under? Deadset this could've been 4-0 with a fully fit side (OK it might not have changed things that much in Adelaide but elsewhere......)
I think Aus is acting a bit like a female ***ual organ. Not in a derogatory way, but it seems to be readjusting itself according to the opposition - I am sure had it been India's full attack, Aus batting would have accordingly adjusted itself to measure itself upto it. It seems they cbf against this bolwing lineup.

Can def see why a ****** would treat you as opposition.

On this pitch, I'd expect about this performance from this batting lineup against any attack from good first class to brilliant.

I love the lengths you went to to avoid just having the word **** censored only to get censored anyway.

The Caribbean drives, sweeps and straight drives to spinners have been missing since the Ashes. Something's up with that.

Previously Smith could be relied upon to block 3 overs from a spinner and then just casually sweep him for 6 without looking like he's forcing anything. And then just go back to batting normally. He looked solid today but this aspect of game is missing. Never got rattled.

It's like he is trying to grind his way out of the oppositions' plans whereas what made him so good was the fact that he could disrupt them in a few balls. And it's not like it's a 'his hand eye coordination is going' thing, as it's the more conventional shots that he's stopped playing. I think he's been hitting the ball in the air a bit more as well.

He gets stuck now, sometimes for pretty long periods. He'd scored something like eight runs in an hour before he got out.

I think Smith is overtly thinking about how to avoid the leg trap and his confidence seemingly has taken a hit after first couple of tests.

SCG is not really a barometer as it is as Kiera Knightly as it can get and credit to him, he dug in and played a brilliant knock.

This actually is why I wasn't surprised when he got out. He was hitting a few too many balls aerially for my liking.

He's getting fazed by it and hitting out for some reason. Even when he went scoreless for a period before he would just snap out of it seamlessly. Didn't happen very often though.

My God Harris' dismissal just looks so bad. If he never plays for Australia again it will be too soon. He's never even threatened to score big runs.

Was Harsha Bhogle talking about genetics a couple of over ago as a reason why so many Indian bowlers have injuries?
