Dodgy head is always better than nothing tbh.so i've said here how much i think trav head sucks and how much i think marcus harris sucks but **** at least head makes a dodgy 30 odd before giving it all away
If anything Thakur bowled too full. Natarajan and Siraj were good, Saini was a bit short but that's what he does. I don't think anyone fell for the meme.
Siraj avoiding it on dayboo was very impressive tooIf anything Thakur bowled too full. Natarajan and Siraj were good, Saini was a bit short but that's what he does. I don't think anyone fell for the meme.
Haha this would be kind of great. Ashwin to come in for Thakur on Day 5.I just had a hunch they may have risked them but pretended they were unfit, in typically underhanded Indian style. Now they'll just have to wait to be subbed in when someone's calf gets concussed.
Nah they've been pretty good tbh. Ideally you'd want three or four tho0ugh, because it usually flattens out in the arvo massively.
He looked fine to meKuldeep may be struggling with his rhythm. Fair enough if that is the case, as a wrist spinner not in rhythm can be the worst on a track known to be as true as Brisbane. Feel we are over-reacting. Sundar got the ball to bounce from a good length, so just give people time before we judge them, huh?
i think that sundar's third over was alright but his first two were just twelve short balls down leg that smith couldn't get bat onKuldeep may be struggling with his rhythm. Yeah, I didn't mind that and he also drew the false shot from Smith from that length, that Smith was furious about even an over later. If anything, that last ball of his spell, the short and wide crap that most tailenders will hit for 4, that is the worry about Shardul. He does mix up good balls between his filth enough for them to be potent wicket taking options though. If anything Thakur bowled too full
Sundar isn't really who Kuldeep should have been in for though. He's the only bowler capable of batting 7 so he kind of had to play. Going with six bats plus Pant wasn't really an option once Vihari was scrubbed.Kuldeep may be struggling with his rhythm. This is actually not always the case tbhDodgy head is always better than nothing tbh.
But it was strategy. May be bad strategy but at least it is bowling to some kind of plan, right? Which is why I feel you dont judge debutants after their first spell. A lot of us made the same mistake with Siraj at Melbourne.i think that sundar's third over was alright but his first two were just twelve short balls down leg that smith couldn't get bat on
They were at such a disadvantage without him, I'm not even sure India's 2nd test win should count tbhGood thing Australia have Warner back this time eh. Really making a difference
