4th Test at the Gabba, Brisbane, 15 - 19 Jan 2021

Oh yea, definitely preferred.

What I'd like to do with my kids is make them bat without their pads. They'll cop a few on the shins and then learn to stop playing over the front leg the way Gary Sobers did.
I get mine to bat without a helmet, and when he's not looking, I sneak up behind him and whack him over the head with a piece of 4x2 to teach him to always be on his toes.

This tactic just before lunch is reasonable imo. Provided they don't keep it going after lunch when they're freshened up.

Someone just posted this on my club cricket group

"Honestly, Pujara has batted us out of a win. I know it’s a bit unfair, but this puts so much pressure on everyone else."

I mean come on

My club captain asked me to take inspiration from Che Pu next time I open the batting. Gonna grind my way to 10 off 50 whenever cricket resumes :)

What a shot by Gilly.
