Linvigstone's bowling is a lot better than I expected.

He bowls a fair bit in limited overs, he is better than just a part timer, one of the reasons he keeps getting picked.

This feels way too early for Carey, as good as his form has been lately. Ideally would be needing him to bat through nearer the end so that it's not all down to Maxi pulling off a miracle.

Way too late for me now. I think my expectations for this Aus team are low enough after their recent batting efforts that I'll be happy if I wake up & see they haven't meekly capitulated for a sub 250 score.

I think more realistically they're going to lose wickets too easily trying to keep the run rate up & get bundled out under 300. Short and Inglis haven't really done anything big at this level.

Jamie Overton is a better all rounder as well.
