Probably more the former. Even now there's a bit in the pitch and despite the falling away it's still a dependable total.

Khawaja is a massive headache for Australia while Finch and Warner are doing so well. He can't realistically bat outside of the Top 3 but he's not a better option than any of Warner, Finch or Smith. I'd pick Marsh instead as he can at least go OK in a 2/200 situation.

Cummins is barely a #10 at ODI level.
