can someone tell me how the 2nd xi manager for nsw is going. i have noticed a few non submittals and if he has done that i would prefer to take back over as i hold the nsw tradition high with submitting teams. i have never not submitted a side ina ll my wcc history so i want 2nd xi to be the same. am i able to take back over as i dont want my 2nd xi side to suffer......

i thought it was the 1st managers responsibility to post the team for the 2nd XI incase that person missed out.. ie each looks out for the other?? i think the 1st XI manager should be held responsible for 2nd XI non submittals right after the 2nd XI manager..

Lord is right, the board cant be chasing everyone around every week to see who has and hasnt submitted. The reason we let people chose who managers their 2nd XI side is because we want people to work together and at least be on talking terms! If you dont know what the story is with your 2nd XI manager i suggest you email him and find out...

ok well if that is the case i will look after 1st xi and 2nd xi duties.......why is it my fault if he can not submitt why should i be held responsable.....

after all i am only at hospital 10 hours a day with my sick daughter...

SA 2nd's non-submission should go towards my strikes. Goughy told me he were away and I was supposed to submit a side.
