its gotten to the stage where everyone who wants a 2nd XI manager has one, i cant force people to work together and guys like Greg and Steve are happy looking after both sides. Maybe Alex (Tasmania) might take you on...

Although I am more than happy to work alone, Simon, Fletch has been offering a lot of advice anyways so him joining Kent as a Second XI manager isn't too much of a hassle.
It'll be good to have him aboard, and I expect he'll want to start next round.

Yes, but due to lack of time back in the day, I didn't have a chance to post my sides or even be on CW XI...there was like this few months period where I was no where to be found.
