Oh yeah contextually it makes complete sense to hope that Woakes overstepped or Hawkeye ****ed up or something. But don't let that change that reviewing a no shot LBW going on to hit the middle of middle makes Spikey taste it for calling the end-of-worst-ever-reviews about an hour ago.
nah the review that missed Cummins bat by a yard was still way worse

nah, the match situation is always a factor in calling a review the worst ever. in fact, the match situation makes the cummins one look even worse, because why even waste one on Pat Cummins when Steve Smith is at the other end

Australia doping scandal? Would be unsurprising. Probably goes right to the top, hope to see Morrison resign (as do a fair few Aussies I am sure).
The last Australian PM to publicly comment on cricket didn't last much longer.

I don't think that Smith ought to have come back out. If he had to bat again, hoping that the others could take it to tea would have been a better thing to do. Every extra bit of time for recovery would be good.
Bert copped one ina. Futures game two years ago. Went off, came back out after an assessment, got to 98 not out at tea, felt crook and was diagnosed with delayed concussion. Had to retire hurt. Sometimes the onset is delayed.

Then again it hit his neck not his head so who knows

If it actually is a concussion, it's an absolute joke that he was allowed to come back. Doesnt take much for **** like this to end really badly.

Yet strangely he looked almost unfussed facing Archer compared to Smith. Just not timing them at all.
He's genuinely a better match-up than Smith to face that spell IMO. His insistence on playing everything through third man puts him in a much more comfortable position to play the Jofra short ball via ramp than when Smith goes back-and-across 'into' it.

Yep. Might have a very sore neck for a while and a broken ****ing arm but might have dodged the concussion or it might be a delayed concussion.
