Fair play to the likes of Burns and Head. You watch them bat and you think they have a sub 25 average in test cricket, but they have better batting stats than a lot of good batsman. There is only one batsman in the ongoing South Africa and Sri Lanka test match that has a better average than Head.

He pretty much fully straightens it. Definitely more than 15 degrees. I wonder how much BCCI is paying every member of every broadcast team to ignore it

That's why you have to look at when they made those runs. In both Burns and Heads case it was almost entirely against poor teams in batting paradises.
