india pretty much showing the template for dealing with most attacks with a normal depth batting line up. play out the couple of class bowlers, exploit the weak.

Good stuff from Dhawan, need to keep this acceleration going. India are one of those lineups that need to maintain a decent clip throughout the innings , instead of just keeping wickets in hand and attempting to accelerate late on. Apart from Pandya, there's basically zero power hitting down the order and that lets them down on flat decks.

This is headed towards a heavy loss for Australia. Bowling and batting seem top heavy. Bowling short of a length to these two is suicidial

Such a massive drop off for Australia from having Mitchell Johnson as the first change seamer in 2015 to Coulter-Nile now. Was Hazlewood really not an option for the tournament? Could've allowed Cummins to be the third seamer.

This match has India vs SA Melbourne 2015 vibes. Hope it’s more entertaining. Kudos to India for not taking many risks.

India in total control. Australia will have to get off to a flyer and as such will be relying on Warner a lot. Not a lot of firepower in the middle.

Stoinis is a poor man's Colin De Grandhomme who played one exceptional innings. If Australia had Mitch Marsh for Stoinis and Handscomb for Carey they'd be tournament favourites
Absolutely not. Handscomb is mediocre at best with the gloves, absolutely no way he could be trusted as the main wicketkeeping option. If he was to be in the team, it would have to be instead of Marsh as reserve batsman
