    NZ under GrahamB (ICC3)

I've always thought that ICC was unrealistic as regards the 4th innings scores..I lost the other day defending 470....but yeah, this version of ICC is still very enjoyable to play, even if I think the batting had become far too easy.

Thought I'd bully the Zimbabweans a bit.... poor sportsmanship, but who cares :P

A new record partnership for me, by some distance. As usual, the South African pitches are roads. 2 tests up over SA in 2008, with just two left, so a draw suits me fine.

    ICC 06 - Vista

Problem solved...it was a technical issue with install shield. Happy days!

    ICC 06 - Vista

Checked the Empire site, they suggest it's not compatible with Vista. I'm getting a 6001 error, if that's any use... Bah!

    ICC 06 - Vista

Hi Guys, Does it not work on Vista? I'm getting an error message when I try to install. Anyone know?

    icc rankings

I don't think the ratings count for World Cup matches, only ODI series and tournaments. Another thing I've noticed is that Australia are now 7th in both tests and ODI's in 2009, which I think is very unrealistic. Just won the Ashes 4-0, two of the games by innings. It's just not going to happen.

I love this game! Just bought ICC 2005, thought it might be worth the plunge. Playing my first game as Warwickshire & England. What drama! Chasing 549 to win, the Aussies fall short - I had two days to bowl them out, but it took an age to take the first wicket. Who said the King of Spain...

Which is exactly what I did the first time, but this time it's worked. Thanks, man.

    Patch problem

Hi there guys. I've got ICC 2002 and recently tried to patch it (downloaded from here). Exactly how am I supposed to patch it exactly? I clicked on the patch engine in the directory and it just says it's getting the filelist and then says it's patched. But it's not. Before you ask the game is...

Just started playing with this update - thanks for your hard work, KentLad (and whoever else). Much more realistic feel to it.

I do wish Botham would belt up about Pietersen being included in the test series - you'd think he was his agent or something! Oh.... (apologies if this point has already been made).

Pietersen doesn't fear the Aussies like the english brought up in England do. All the saffers I know hate the Aussies as much, but are very confident in themselves. Maybe that's the difference.

    ***Official*** NatWest Series/Challenge

Well he's my star player in ICC 2002, so that's nearly the same thing.

It's an english national trait to be pessimistic. 18 years of hurt will do that. Oneday and 20/20 are like Rugby Sevens if we're honest, it's the Ashes that matter. And I have tickets for Edgbaston, yeeeow!

Thanks, blokes! As Van the Man sang, "When it’s not always raining, there’ll be days like this".

Let's enjoy the victory now, but remember the Aussies are still the Aussies. Not invincible anymore, but still bloody good. KPP, we salute you.
