yea some good thoughts there. As I said I really hope alot of those things are Bracewell related and they will go as he goes. Likewise I am really keen to see if Andy Moles can eradicate these issues. I really like his background coming into the job as he was obviously a strong mental player...

yea they both should do ok, I am expecting a low scoring series with both matches going well less than the full 5 days. I think the kiwi bowlers should have things good over the WI batsmen but I wouldnt expect to much from a tirelessly trying kiwi top order. It should be a good series to watch.

yea some fair points made there but I am just getting frustrated at how they seem to collapse in almost every test, often surrendering dominant positions (old trafford, GABBA). Yet almost every kiwi poster on here including myself seems to talk up how much potential some of these guys have. So...

if we dont score 300+ in each of our first innings against an unthreatening attack then I am going to take a 2 year break from follwing the blackcaps until we learn to have some guts.

Today was absolutely ****ing ridiculous i keep hoping, talking up their potential but they continually slap us all in the face show some ****ing guts for **** sake and someone teach them to move their ****ing feet All i can hope is that Andy Moles can instill a brain into these blokes ITS...

the radio sport guy just said that today was the worst day in New Zealand cricket history, I thought it was a bit of a overreaction.

if fulton bats at 7 with McCullum at 5 I will throw the remote at my tv. McCullum is taking advantage of his authority as VC.

A purple patch for NZ cricket?

please not Matthew Bell. Craig Cumming might be worth a crack but I would love to see Guptill get the gig although I dont rate his chances.

A purple patch for NZ cricket?

yes, I seriously think we can have a purple patch and challenge at the top of world cricket. Some of the guys making their way in the current side are hugely talanted. I hope that these guys will be the back bone of the team added to by some young guys in 5 years. - Ross Taylor - Jesse Ryder...

Exited about seeing some New Zealand coverage of the cricket actually being televised here in Australia. I really think that the Windies is a series that we have to win at homeif we are going to start progressing as a test match side. Its an attack that I hope we can get some good runs against...

    Bracewell's replacement as NZ coach

yea he wasnt good at man management and just having a chat to the guys when they needed it. I sort of got the impression that he has seen so much average cricket over the past few seasons that he didnt really instill much self belief into the guys. It is really good just to see some fresh...

    Bracewell's replacement as NZ coach

I think Vettori should and will stay but I think Ross Taylor is a captain for the future.

Another 4 years for Williamson, maybe 3 if he can prove himself domestically. But from what I have heard the talent is definately there.
