New Cricket Trivia - 'SJS format'

Well I thought that would take longer than 3 questions :) burkey_1988 is correct they all missed more than 100 matches between test appearances. Will have to be more obscure next time ;) Actually should really have checked google :( Searching on bicknell "younis ahmed" shackleton gives you...

    ITC Databases, records

I wouldn't say they ae bugs. Internet Test Cricket is very dependent on the database you use and then which teams you play. If you always played Australia vs Bangladesh then records and averages would get skewed. Even if niether of those factors are relevant it would be more of a bug if Langer...

    *Cricket Master 2005 Development Thread*

World Cricket Manager does clash with Cricket Manager but I am in conversation with Glenn about that. Basically I won't be happy with any title that contains Cricket Manager in the title. Was surprised at the URL your registered with the game considering it was called Ultimate Cricket Coach at...

    *Cricket Master 2005 Development Thread*

Glenn is spot on here. I strongly recommend a change of name to avoid any confusion over titles. Daniel.

    Hey Dan....

It needs a dedicated server running Windows NT4/2000/XP. A home cable/DSL connection is not good enough as it potentially won't have the upload bandwidth and the 24/7 up time. A dedicated server costs around $300 a month so is not cheap. I would love to have one but currently can't justify it...

    Easy way of making games

I would very surprised if anyone could learn Visual C++ in a week. I have been using C++ for 10 years as a professional programmer and am still learning new things (as all good programmers do). You can certainly learn enough in a week to do simple stuff using dialogs and the wizards but you...

    Super Cricket Manager

Visual Basic is far more restricted as a language than C++. What limitations are you finding in C++ that make you think Visual Basic is better? Daniel.

    Next ICC?

I am not going to repeat the reasons here but long term members of the ICC forum on CricketGames.com should know the real reasons. If you search on there you can find the details. As for the greatest cricket game that is really only because of lack of competition. ICC was still missing a lot of...

    Shareware games

Lord of Darknes - Shareware is the ultimate cheap software! If you don't like it you don't pay for it! In 99% of cases Shareware is cheaper than commercial alternatives. The other 1% are probably cases where no commercial alternative exists. Yaju - Winamp is now shareware again. Only v3 which...

Brian Lara Cricket on Win 2000 & Win XP

Sorry but you can't have looked too closely on sports-gaming as there are loads of posts about this very subject. I have got BLC working perfectly on Windows XP. See my post on the CricketGames.com forum for more details. Daniel

    International Cricket Captain 2001

This subject comes up a lot on the CricketGames.com forum! As a developer on the ICC series I can give you the definitive answers why there is no editor. Firstly though ICC and ICC 2 which have unofficial editors are not playable on-line. There are no editors official or unofficial for any...

    Date Issue - Revisited!

Sorry I get the strange date formating and I am running XP. As I assume this is all done server side I doubt the OS is the problem. Daniel

    Internet Test Cricket

The reason for the longer delays in generating test results is that it is writing a lot of details to a log file. Read it if you want to see the details it outputs. The reason for the log file is to help me with debugging or fixing any problems. Once removed (which hopefully will happen in next...

    International Test Cricket

I'd rate it 10/10 but I am slightly biased :)
