The Best Match I Have Played... in a while Australia were coming off a 23 run victory in the 1st Test against India. The Aussies lost the toss and had to field on a batting paradise. The bowlers couldn't get anything from the deck and that resulted in India posting 487 all out. But the pitch...

The All-New ICC Record Book! Okay here is a draft of the new record book. It is still an Excel file and it is spread over 2 sheets. I scrapped the idea of a leaderboard as it took too much time and I am starting Uni this year so I need some free time. Have a look, it is not yet complete by any...

New Format Proposition Quagmire69 suggested that there should be records for each partnership. I agree with this and have decided to change the layout of the record book. Sheet 1: Domestic Records (FC, List A and Twenty20) Sheet 2: International Records (Test and ODI) On each sheet will be 8...

The Rules of ICC 2005 Record Book It seems that only a few people listen to me. For those who are new to this thread or for the constant record breakers, I will just state the rules of the Record Book (Keep in mind, these are my rules and if you don't like them ask me politely to change them or...

    ICC 2005 Records

Just a question to all out there... Squiz's record of narrowest margin for Twenty20 is Hampshire win by a higher run rate. Should this be included or is the narrowest a margin can be either 1 wicket or run? Not sure on this one. For the moment squiz has it for narrowest win by runs but...yeah...

Actually I agree with kears on this one. I would prefer to see the entire career of the players that are up for career records. And don't forget guys, it is only a game. Players full careers I need (if not yet complete) Paul Hyams (Jarryd_S) - age 27 Dennis Lillee (timraa) - age 33 David Henman...

    Aus Twenty-20 comp

I went to the SA v WA match tonite. It was a little bit of a disappointment that SA didn't make a good chase at all. The Warriors made in entertaining but the Redbacks jsut don't have a strategy yet for 20/20's. But I enjoy the format and I agree with some experts that it is more a domestic game...

    Strangest Thing Seen...

I had a batsman play 3 innings in one match. My opener (Kilner) got injured and so i moved up a player (Hartalnd) to help out with the run scoring. Hartland got out quickly so I just let the next batsman (Giles) come in, but Hartland came in again instead of Giles. And, don't worry, my fielders...

kears_falcon_9, can you please write down the record you wish to break with the full player name and year it was broken. I am guessing from the two previous scrrenshots you have posted that it is most catches and dismissals in 20/20 and greatest victory by wickets. Even if I am right, I would...

    Twenty20 records

I usually get my stats from cricinfo but they don't have twenty20 stats. And since I live in Australia, I don't get the scores of the matches regularly but the domestic Twenty20 is starting soon.
