I feel Sorry for India's cricketers - Kumar Sangakarra

Anything relevant in that comment, other than to take potshots at me (again)? I didn't say anything about what I do, I commented on the sheer absurdity of your line of reasoning.

I feel Sorry for India's cricketers - Kumar Sangakarra

Condemning the people who make death threats and go around attacking players' homes is "going overboard" now? 8-) Haha what? What are the players/officials meant to do exactly? It's ridiculous to say that because they do the ads/interviews/etc, they're essentially bringing this upon themselves...

I feel Sorry for India's cricketers - Kumar Sangakarra

What are you actually arguing here...and how is SS going overboard? If you're saying the players should be aware of the backlash that could come, then the obvious answer is that they are. You don't really need to point that out. It doesn't justify the actions of some idiot fans however you look...

    I'm so tired....

Haha I'm not saying it's just the one tournament that they've been crap in. My point is that all the negativity has come out pretty much solely because of this World Cup and that doesn't seem right to me. If the problems are long term, find go ahead and criticise but don't turn up just because...

    Super Eight

Hoping for something big from Gayle tonight. Picking Chanderpaul to do well though....maybe 80odd in 60 balls.

    I'm so tired....

See, that's just BS. They've performed poorly in one tournament. If Indian cricket has been so crap for the past 16 years, why didn't you comment earlier...say around WC2003? The problem I have is you, and many others, have waited until now to sink the boot in while claiming these problems have...

    Intro to Cricket

I believe his daughter was sick so he went to see her....she sadly passed away during the Test match I think, so he obviously wasn't going to resume his innings.

    Intro to Cricket

Although in those cases the batsman is considered 'out', as opposed to being considered 'not out' when a batsman retires injured. There's only been one case I know of where a batsman was permitted to retire 'not out' - Gordon Greenidge in this match. That was in extraordinary circumstances though.

    I'm so tired....

I haven't been up for that many matches really...pretty much just watching on the weekends and relying on replays/highlights for others unless I'm writing the CW report. Don't really find it that difficult to stay up though.

    India's Next Captain

Agarkar. Seriously though, I'd stick with Dravid at least in the short term.

    Intro to Cricket

What you've described last - the first wicket partnership ends at the fall of the first wicket, and is formed by three players, although there might be a note at the end of the scorecard showing the circumstances of the partnership...like in this game. The second partnership is considered a new...

Will greg leave? If so, then whose next?

I don't see why it has to be outside the subcontinent - he's hasn't played much outside the subcontinent in the last few years, because of injuries etc...but anyway, this qualifies.

Will greg leave? If so, then whose next?

First define class opposition...If I name an innings, I have a feeling you'll write it off as being against sub-standard opposition - as pup11 is attempting to do in the post I've quoted below. What else can we judge him on? It's not like he scored that 100 and made ducks in every other...

Why do you enjoy seeing England's cricket team get beaten ?

I don't think it was. Different posting style....only common thing was the England-bashing.
