    Haha why? If someone had an average of 99.94, they would be thought of as roughly equal to Bradman - if this batsman had also performed in more countries than Bradman (despite Bradman not having the opportunity to do the same), I'd rank the player higher than Bradman as well. It's just logic.

    Tbh there is a lot of racist **** when you go to the cricket in Aus...the whole atmosphere is pretty poor in general as well imo, so much drunkenness etc and not enough people actually there for the cricket. Anyway, good on Symonds, really impressive comments.

    Kallis has looked considerably better with the ball in the last couple of series he's played than he has for a long time. For a long period he wasn't much of a threat though.

    After the first five overs, England were 40/0. From that point on, they made 75/1 in 23 overs - decent imo. I didn't say things went pretty well, India will have to lift in the second session, but going from conceding 8 runs per over to just over 4 is pulling it back pretty well imo.

    After the first 5 overs or so it looked like it could be much worse, they pulled it back pretty well imo, despite the dropped catch. Not that bad, although I know you'll never concede that.

    I can see why you wouldn't, as Andy said, it's annoying and gets in the way. Find the same with a helmet tbh, I usually just wear one for the first few balls to get my eye in then get rid of it unless facing someone really quick.
