People that should not be allowed to write about cricket

Abu Hamza. That'd be well hard to read.

    Flintoff is Hercules.. a God

Meh, North West > Northeast. But in all seriousness, it's not so much Flintoff the player I love; it's the beer swilling pie loving fat man that I adore. He's a working class hero.

    Flintoff is Hercules.. a God

He loves a pint. That makes him a hero in my books; especially in an age when most of our sportsmen are all boring and have about as much charisma as one of my stools. Plus he's a Lancastrian. That makes him 10 times the man that anyone from any other place in the world could ever be.

    *Official Third Test at Edgbaston

Broad has bowled a couple of centuries to be fair.

    *Official Third Test at Edgbaston

I refuse to believe that there's any form of bright side whatsoever about Ian Bell.

    *Official Third Test at Edgbaston

I think it would be pretty safe to say that with both Bell and Broad in the team it really is more of 13 vs 9 match up in favour of Australia.

    *Official* Second Test at Lords

Excellent. Changing the topic completely. That really proves that Hughes murdered us.

    *Official* Second Test at Lords

Yeah I remember the innings well. Mullered the Aussies to all parts for the first 2 balls. Awesome batting.

    *Official* Second Test at Lords

Hitting 36 is not a murdering. Strauss and Cook to Johnson in the first innings; that's a murdering. Phil Hughes can murder us for 36 runs as much he likes tbh.

    *Official* Second Test at Lords

He does have a lot 4'fers and 3'fers though. Don't really know why he's never got more 5 wicket hauls though tbh.

Fantastic performance to mark the occasion too. Put in a great effort for his team.

Lap it up Fred. Lap it up. No one deserves it more than you.

Silly from Strauss. I love the big man but he's done his job, he's got what he wanted and he needs to give him a rest now.

Right, now i'm even more nervous... EDGBASTON ALL OVER AGAIN NOOOOOO!!!!

    *Official* Second Test at Lords

I'm actually beginning to despise Andrew Strauss and Stuart Broad. The crims have got this in the bag.

    *Official* Second Test at Lords

Nah mate, Broad's got 10 overs no matter how he bowls. It's the genius thinking of Strauss.

    *Official* Second Test at Lords

I'm worried because Johnson will take Broad to the cleaners yet Strauss will inevitably leave him on for about 10 overs. Say Broad goes at 5 an over in that time which is extremely likely then that's an easy 50 runs off the target already. I'm sorry, but I just still think we'll throw this away.

    *Official* Second Test at Lords

I still think we'll bottle this tbh. If Johnson gets his eye in and survives Flintoff then I can only see it going Australia's way.

    *Official* Second Test at Lords

I really wish we didn't have to bowl Broad ever.

    *Official* Second Test at Lords

Flintoff actually mentioned in his autobiography (at least I think that's where I read it) that his celebration is actually an imitation of what David Beckham used to do when he'd score for England. The whole arms out, i'm your man thing.
