Pratters wasn't often on the ball, but I remember in 07 when Sachin was going through a tough time and calls for his retirement were the loudest - he told me on MSN that Sachin was going to re-enter a new run accumulation phase in his career and just pile on the runs. Scarily accurate.

Grigg > Collins, but Richmond were in a position of strength and didn't have to give so much away, perhaps. Anyways, overall Richmond had a good week so nothing to complain about.

You're missing the point. You said, "Trading with Freo still brings the lulz." Well, basically you tried to screw and it was a dog act. Let's not turn around and laugh at them after trying to knife them, kthnx.

    a) we could have lost Jacobs for nothing, so it turned out ok in the end. b) We weren't looking to offload Walker. He was under contract and only would have been traded for a good price. c) Thornton wasn't really a priority for us. It was a pretty good trade period for us. Success or not...

Nah, not really frustrating when you can't get rid of one of the best batsmen ever.

No you guys tampered with the draft and gave them no choice. Ridiculous form from Collingwood: "we'll take any player we want, just get them to go in the preseason draft and drag their feet till they get to us." Scum of the earth.
