NZ "imports" - van Wyk etc - eligible when?

Pity about Myburgh. I've always been a fan of him since he made his debut opening with Rudolph.

I think we can come to the conclusion that let your spinner bowl in the final over is a massive gamble.

He's very much a fielding specialist only and isn't really good in other areas which is a shame. His contract wasn't renewed with the Cobras.

I saw Nannes hit 148kph and Botha's quicker ball was marked at 100kph which is accurate. There could be many factors involved regarding why it's lower than normal for some players.

    South Africa Domestic season 2010-11

Maybe not ODIs but a possible selection for T20s. Davey hasn't really impressed in List A.

Davey MOTM IMO. Great captaincy bringing on Kreusch to get rid of Dussey.

Run rate up to 11. Dussey's got to get a move on.

    South Africa Domestic season 2010-11

Shamzi and Tahir bowling in tandem will be delightful to watch. I reckon the Titans are going to stuggle to get the results they expect. There was a mass exodus of good bowlers and it's going to be hard to rebuild and make it a solid attack. Aside from CJ de Villiers they haven't signed anyone...

Let's be fair, an IPL team has their range of stars and the rest of relatively unknown domestic players (like most of the other teams) and those players are going to struggle in foreign conditions.

Vandiar MOTM. The kid is class.

Frylinck is a gun death bowling. He was top wicket taker last year in the domestic T20 tournament.

A couple of big hitters for the Lions. Cameron is one including Van Jaarsveld and Frylinck.

Well the lesser known bowlers and probable bowling lineup will be Ntini, Tsotsobe, Botha, Boje and Rusty Theron. On the bench is Garnett Kruger. I doubt all of them will play unless they like a 5 man tail. Who are the allrounders?

Maybe not the Lions but the Warriors attack is IMO probably the best bowling attack in the tournament given the conditions, plus they have the PE home crowd.

    And especially PE.

    South Africa Domestic season 2010-11

I hate to say it but Pro is in some good form. I'd be interested how he fairs in the MTN40 this year.
