    IND doesn't have any difficult overseas tour till 2024 . This is the right time to groom a new Test captain. Our focus now should be WT20 and ODI WC . We need Kohli the batsman now rather than captain.

    SA series loss to me is the most shocking loss since England 2012 series defeat at home. We went in both series as favourites , won 1st Test and then everything was derailed.

    So in last 1 year 1. We lost a Test at home to a below average English side 2. Lost WTC final 4. Lost a WC match to PAK 5. Couldn't get into knockouts of T20 WC 6. Lost Test series to weakest RSA side since readmission. We need a new batting order and a new approach .

    I can understand why @Burgey is salty about Sydney 08 . Because it led to the introduction of DRS as a result of which Australia have lost 6 Test series at home since 08. IND has the best W/L ratio since Sydney Test which proves that we rebelled for the right cause?

    Similar to last one . I think our last 4 tours to SA and current one have been very competitive and exciting irrespective of the result.
