*Official* 2022 New Zealand Tour of England, Ireland, Scotland & Netherlands

Was listening to Boult on TMS and he made some really valid points. Given the ball was going softer meant they had to hit the deck hard and to do that consistently meant they were physically tested. The ball was definitely going soft but another problem with the covid rules such as not able to...

*Official* India tour of Ireland and England 2022

Looking forward to England v India series eagerly. In the hope England is actually on a spree and it wasn't because we were ****. Still I think India has much better options in their line up. Although batting is pretty exciting from India I don't quite equate runs for India in a one match series...

Why don't you guys get an android box or fire stick and hook it to the TV. You can control these devices from bluetooth on the cellphone and use TV remote to just turn on and off? Or even better turn on HDMI CEC and control either with one single remote. An android TV or fire stick performs way...

*Official* 2022 New Zealand Tour of England, Ireland, Scotland & Netherlands

I now think Gary and likely the captains are going to be very impatient with the new lot that is coming through. They will probably expect them to be good from game one. There's definitely a bit of pressure to turn things around quite quickly. Bad times to be making a debut I think. Lot easier...

*Official* 2022 New Zealand Tour of England, Ireland, Scotland & Netherlands

This is one guy that's been on the selection case even before the series started. He pointed out glaring mistakes and he's been more or less proven right. He had even mentioned the players that should have ideally been on the tour...

    Fire Gary Stead

Bruce isn't available anymore, he has taken up cricket director and red ball coach role for Firebirds. Great move.

Pretty much having a batter at no.8 means they don't trust the tail or the top order. Bit of a shame really, we aren't that bad a batting unit. Maybe in the second inning yes but generally we bat all right in the first dig.

And picking players based on these tours for the world cup or for future is going to be highly questionable.

Some will come back and then we will see bunch of guys playing the white ball cricket vs Ireland, Scotland and the dutch. I think we will still see some old heads carve up runs and wickets against these sides. I don't think I will be watching much. Likely just the highlights.

Our spin bowling figures for the series 317 runs given off 49 overs. 5 wickets (out off which 2 tail enders) @ 64. We have come from 5 bowlers to three.

Boy that's some drubbing. Started with a good chase to getting there in the first test to treating our side like a club attack and demolishing in the last. Feel like if 500 was set England would have got there in 75 overs for 3 down

I'm now watching for exciting England batting. There's a club feel to cricket today, not batting quality but just that relaxed approach to what's supposed to have been a tricky target

Kane wants the game to be done with asap. Still hoping Bairstow gets out to him... looking for whatever small pleasures we can get out of this
