Who is likely to be the next Test Playing Nation ?

Bangladesh have started to win a few tests in the last 8 years or so, before that they were poor in test cricket to the point fans would question why are they even playing test cricket at international level. But since they improved, good for them and keep on improving. So they will likely...

Do you think some players deserve extra recognition for being good in all 3 formats of international cricket?

Yeah but some players have good records in T20I's, and few have very good records in T20I's like I mentioned Kohli and Warner. We can't ignore that can we? A player like Darren Sammy won all that he could through T20I format, won couple of T20I's WC's for West Indies and had a stadium named...

Do you think some players deserve extra recognition for being good in all 3 formats of international cricket?

Not counting IPL or other national leagues, only counting International cricket as said in the original post.

Create an Asia T20I XI vs. Rest of World T20I XI with currently active players?

I like making such threads, I don't know if this has been done in the recent times, anyways doing this. My best teams: Asia T20I XI: Rohit Sharma (c) Babar Azam Virat Kohli Mohammad Rizwan (wk) Suryakumar Yadav Iftikhar Ahmed Hardik Pandya Wanindu Hasaranga De Silva Rashid Khan Shaheen Afridi...

Do you think some players deserve extra recognition for being good in all 3 formats of international cricket?

Not too long ago only 2 formats of international cricket existed and for a fairly long time, so we judged the all time best cricket players based on that, but few years ago a new format of cricket made its mark on the international cricket named T20I, which received good popularity and outcome...

Create an all time best Test XI using only one player from each country...

Agreed. That's why I picked Asghar Afghan in my team.

Create an all time best ODI XI featuring only one player from each country...

Very different feels side but looks good on paper....but I won't be picking the same team many times with Andrew Flintoff as my third fast bowler.

Create an all time best T20i XI using only one player from each country...

Your top 3 looks solid.... Middle order you gotta choose one between Maxwell and Hussey.... Good call by picking Sikander Raza... I feel you are one fast bowler short in your side.... Can't rely on Andre Russell to be your 3rd fast bowler... Too many spin options if you go for Maxwell in...

Where do you rank Shivnarine Chanderpaul in all-time best batsmen?

I mentioned this in one thread before that I have not seen any cricket before 1996...Border and Gavaskar are mentioned coz of their popularity after 1996.

Create an all time best Test XI using only one player from each country...

Finally Waqar Younis makes an entry in this thread. I would like to see when Shoaib Akhtar makes an entry due to the impact factor alone.

Create an all time best Test XI using only one player from each country...

Although some posters like flexibility when making such tight lists...but Kumar Sangakarra as an opener in Tests seems odd to me...considering he only played 2 tests in that position...scoring only 68 of his 12400 test career runs... And why would you have Shakib Al Hasan batting at no.8? Again...

Create an all time best T20i XI using only one player from each country...

We are doing these lists for ODIs and Tests...so why not do for T20i also... Create an all time best T20i using only player from each country maximum... My list: Chris Gayle Quinton De Kock (wk) Virat Kohli Glenn Maxwell Jos Buttler (c) Shakib Al Hasan Kevin O Brien Rashid Khan Tim Southee...

    *Official* Australia in India 2023

Anyone else excited for the upcoming India vs. Australia T20i's...it's gonna be more intense now...but I will miss the Australian fast bowling trio of Starc, Cummins and Hazlewood...

Best of these South African ODI seamers for an ATG XI

Your list is ok... But I can't imagine that list without Hashim Amla and Dale Steyn....

Best CWC side that could not win the World Cup

Pakistani squad in 2003 was also damn good.... Anyways..considering the recent and current form of some of the players....I think it's the Indian squad of 2023...(also adding in the home advantage and the ability/record of Indian team to do so well at home)....like obviously they won 10/10...

Create an all time best Test XI using only one player from each country...

Very interesting observation in these kind of threads....Just coz you have very limited choices to pick from...you also have to make a choice whether you want a solid top order...solid middle order...solid all-rounders....solid spin attack..or a solid a fast bowling lineup...it's very difficult...

Create an all time best Test XI using only one player from each country...

Interesting you went for a different look squad (not the kind of obvious one)... I could feel Jadeja was about to make an entry in the thread...
