Surprised didn't go back to look at the Argie player being mashed while going for the ball, but they got the croc roll so hey ho. When the game has been going it's been decent though, bit of running from both teams, Argentina's turn to have a crack in this next 10 I guess.

Argies with a great start, but pulled back for a pretty incidental head collision...that really didn't deserve a yellow for me. And the flow on effect of that as well, is the last 90 seconds of play was all for nought...and the clock doesn't reset, so it's a kick in the teeth for everyone...

Just like that Vunivalu fella did who really lit the game up. Tbh, I'm on board with more code hopping, 3 years here, 3 years there, whatever. If it means the talent pool across both codes gets bigger, then why not. And if some guys want to specialise, fine, but if other guys are good enough...

They shouldn't be near the Lions, I don't expect them to be. It would also seem, neither should England.

Better than Keats is our Brumby. And yeah, the Lions should still win 3-0 and comfortably, we barely scraped past a warmed up England, and the Lions will have the mid-week warm-ups etc before any of the tests, so I'd be expecting even a 5-0 sweep of the 3 test series.

Yeah was to do with landing on the players legs in a dangerous position or something wasn't it? I was only half watching at the time. Dont see Scots pulling back 10 points here now.

Just looked up the score, didn't get to watch any of it but looks like it was another tight one!

Ha Ha! Scots and Boks a decent match as well here, fun last 15-20.

Incredible for Fiji, new lows for Wales. Enjoyed that alot, Boks v Scots hopefully as entertaining.

Great 2nd half this, Muntz has been fantastic. 5 minutes left for glory/heartbreak.

Yeah I somewhat agree with that actually, just think the contact to head was more with bicep for Ruffel and shoulder for Radradra could have been the difference. But yep, glad it's only a 20 minutes. Fiji not getting the rub of the decisions IMO, could make a similar shift drive argument...

Not sure how Raffel isn't a red card as well, Radradra's certainly is (perhaps an argument about player dipping) - Comms are talking about a clear line of sight, which is exactly what Raffel had as well to hit a bloke standing next to a ruck.

I wouldn't put it past the Welsh to beat us at all, Cardiff is a reasonably happy hunting ground for us, buts it's often taken a last minute try to get the W (memories of Kurtley Beale). I'm just hoping I get on a train back to London in time after the game, I've got Monday off, but Mrs Ripper...

@Burgey Yep, he is indeed Peter's lad. If league and AFL weren't as strong as they are in Aus, then yep, the Wallabies would be miles stronger, waste of talent that won't get to shine on an international stage 😉 @GotSpin From what I've read, he played both, played 1st XV at King's when he...

Not a top 10 back in the NRL...but played origin...the pinnacle of RL. OK. And he played pretty well for his first pro rugby game, so think folks are right to have a bit of hope about what he can bring, and some of that is probably relief he may not be a total bust.

If nothing else mate, watch the last 15 minutes of insanity. and if really nothing else, watch from 74 minutes on.

Same as England should of never been offered it after Kellaway's try. I'm of course buzzing at the moment, and it's easy to throw about the 2 average teams thing, which they are, but that doesn't detract from what ended up being a game that had pretty much every facet of rugby within it.

If England are involved it'll of course be one average team. Wallabies won that vs England blowing it. Bring on the (Irish, Scottish and Welsh) Lions ;)
