Bavuma is a tryer, I think he's batting close to his maximum potential and I appreciate that, Markram on the otherhand, he just has this tendency to switch off , I don't think he's an opener whoever decided he was at domestic level never did him any favors , he's far too loose defensively...

As good a 1st innings you could ask for from the lads, now we've got to try and bat as long as possible on this deck.

What parts of the game would you like to see return to modern cricket?

Just bring back cricket the way it was before T20 came along , money ruined the sport. Now most players would rather choose a T20 franchise than represent their country.

There are similarities but the difference with O'Rourke is that he is not afraid to bowl that fuller length which brings the edge into play , Morkel only mastered that later in his career this kid is the real deal he has everything to be the best bowler in the world.

It does appear to be a trend amongst the big 3 to stick with batsmen that have bang average records despite plenty of Tests , usually due to the belief they have this ability to play epic innings once in a blue moon.. Australia has Mitchell Marsh , England has Ollie Pope , India has KL Rahul.

    Unpopular Cricket Opinions

I believe keeper batsmen who score runs are stereotyped into being bad keepers , in the England vs Pakistan thread there was a poster questioning Rizwan's place in the Pak team which is crazy to me.

NZ won't get a better chance to win a test in India , they should enjoy this break the rest of the tour is going to be pretty painful.

    South Africa team selection

Can't take this seriously, he doesn't even bowl in most of the games at domestic level , he really should be tried out as a 6th bowling option first in white ball cricket and the UAE tour would have been the perfect opportunity to do this but he wasn't picked , he wasn't even picked in the...

Keepers who can bat at a high level are more valuable than specialist keepers.

Lmao Kohli changed his gloves to try and ensure that was the last over of the day and still got out 🤣

    *OFFICIAL* England in Pakistan 2024

Hes a scapegoat for Pakistan fans who can't digest the fact that he's one of their best players . They always need someone to be a scapegoat
