same definition that was followed for 100 years by people twice as smart as you and worked fine until you know who came along

this again? if you can't tell hyperextension from flexing then you are literally blind.

extremely harsh punishments. i guarantee you'll see much less chucking at all levels the moment someone cops a life ban for doing it.

you asked how i could tell hyper extension from flexing. i answered. i have a working pair of eyes and a basic knowledge of how the human arm works. you apparently don't

look mate if you can't tell the difference by watching him bowl then i'm not going to bother arguing the point any further because nothing i say will change your mind.

telling hyper extension from flexing is like telling left from right. any one can do it, i'm not claiming to be able to measure exact angles or anything but you feel free to continue arguing against a point nobody even made if you'd like.

So the ICC evidence is finally in - and apparently even Glen McGrath chucks...

that's the key right there. i don't have any problems with guys who's elbows bend beyond their normal range of motion and then straighten under the stress of bowling, not even guys like shoaib. what i do have a problem with are bowlers who, deliberately or not, straighten their arms from a...

if you can't tell just by watching him bowl that he isn't flexing his arm then i'm sorry but i just don't know what to tell you.

i'm sorry mate but it's just common sense. this isn't chucking. this was never chucking, not even under the old rules. the rule was no straightening of the arm from a flexed position. guess what? mcgrath never straightened his arm from a flexed position. the perfect bowling arm.

mcgraths arm hyperextended, completely different. his action is as clean as it gets.
