Well that's funny given the amount of times sledger was told 'all mods agreed on your ban'

And as for the latter, yeah I can understand that. I can think of another mod who tends to feel like that too...

I can understand that, and I can't imagine what the expectations on mods re posting must be given that for staff it's pretty....ridiculous

They said what we should do about thw VM spammer (let's give a name, say Pratyush) is just ignore them

I appreciate the mods' hand are tied to an extent and there isn't much they can do. All I ask is a bit of sensitivity, you know? And when I asked who it was - I was ignored - if they don't know, is it hard to just say 'don't know'

So because I whined about being ignored, they made it into 'GIMH V The Mods' again whereas in fact I'd just had gut-wrenching remarks made to be and anyone would want a simple answer

Yeah it was one of the spam comments - they were dealt with, don't get me wrong

It's just that we've been told we should ignore all comments blablabla and they don't seem to understand the rage inside me at the comment that was made. I don't blame them for it happening or the way the member was dealt with but I was greatly displeased with what I saw as an attempt to trivialise things. Fusion is right that the person is an attention-seeker but the high horse attitude that I should somehow not be bothered by it has really angered me

Anyway, haven't articulated that well as it's hard to explain what I mean

nonetheless - I actually would have been interested in being a mod if I didn't think the current rules and strategy were a complete joke. Obviously I wouldn't be considered anyway lol

Other reasons I won't apply:


- I cbf to abide nonsense policies like the ones we have in operation
- I fear that I might lose all ability to answer questions and respond to emails like the current lot appear to have done
- apparently you're supposed to just ignore and not be bothered by vile comments against one's daughter and I say **** that
- I cbf

Other than that though it sounds like fun
